Design, Development & Validation Testing
BRC draws on the many years of engineering and materials expertise of our people to help you develop products that help reduce time-to-market. We optimize resources to improve over-all cost effectiveness of components.
Product development is enhanced with our ISO/TS16949 Accredited Research & Development Laboratory. Our technical expertise includes material development to meet customer specifications.
Material certifications, Problem solving,, and on-site testing such as, (Environmental Chambers, durability testing, hot oil testing, static and dynamic testing), allow BRC to provide our customers with tools needed to design and validate products in house.
NT and Unix based CAD systems supported are Unigraphics, I-DEAS, CATIA, PRO/E and AutoCad/ Mechanical Desktop.
BRC offers in house tool and fixture design capabilities as well as utilizing outside tool shops for manufacturing of tools. In-house tool rooms are available for minor tooling repairs |
